What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

All our items above RM100 is free of charged.

How do you secure my payment information?

We take security very seriously and do not process any of your payment information ourselves. All payment related matters on Go Necklace are handled by Billplz.

What payment method do you accept

GoNecklace accepts major online banking in Malaysia through BillPlz and also Direct Bank Transfer.

Is my personal data kept protected?

We are totally committed to protecting your privacy. We will not disclose information about our customers or visitors to third parties except where it is part of providing a service to you – e.g. arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research and profiling or where we have your express permission to do so. How long is the delivery duration?

All our items will follow the delivery time frame of 2-3 weeks working days for the items to reach you. In the case where the item is discontinued or not available immediately, you shall be informed and refunds in credit note will be initiated on a case by case basis.
